Research Interests

My research focuses on utilizing findings from cognitive science to enhance the efficacy of educational practice. Specifically, I am interested in identifying effective learning strategies, investigating the metacognitive processes that affect students' study decisions, and examining how individual differences in cognitive abilities relate to one's capacity to successfully regulate their learning.
